Is there a fee for fault detection and how long does it take to repair?
Fault detection is free of charge and a price quote is provided together with superficial fault information. After the repair fee is approved by the customer, the repair details are shared in detail.
Fault detection may be completed on the same day or may take up to 7 days.
Repairs for simple faults that do not require parts can usually be done the same day or the next day. However, depending on the complexity of the repair and the number of devices waiting to be repaired, the period may extend up to 10 days.
If parts need to be ordered for repair, the parts supply and repair process can vary from 2 to 7 days. If parts need to be supplied from abroad, the process can vary from 15 to 45 days.
In order to enable our customers to better understand the repair process, the repair fee and details are shared in detail after the customer's approval is received.
How is billing done and what payment methods are accepted?
Our prices are stated excluding VAT and the VAT rate is 20%. Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or credit card.
We send a 3D Secure link to our customers who want to pay by credit card. This link is sent to the customer's own device and the payment transaction is completed in this way. The company that provides this service is ÖdeAl and an additional service fee is charged for this transaction. The fee may vary depending on the number of installments.
We provide our bank information for our customers who want to pay via bank transfer. Our customers can make their payments via bank transfer after the repair process is completed.
Cash payment option is also available and our customers can pay in cash after the repair process.
Billing details are presented in detail during the payment process after our customers select the payment method.
Are the parts you use original?
We take care to use original spare parts, but unfortunately it may not be possible to provide brand new original products due to battery storage life in old models. In this case, we use high quality and standard equivalent batteries. These equivalent batteries have quality standards that we can guarantee.
We disassemble defective devices or computers that are in working condition but have become unusable for other reasons to supply original parts. This is an approach we apply to supply original parts and repair your devices in the best way possible.
